Revoking the Reservation over Reserves in Town of Capleston,
Nelson Land District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 11th day of
December, 1946
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a site for a
post-office over the land described in the First Schedule hereto;
and doth hereby revoke the reservation for sites for post and
telegraph offices over the lands described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said lands, being vested
in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land
Act, 1924.

SECTION 17, Town of Capleston: Area, 12 perches, more or less.

of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril
Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve
for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the
operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II
of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the
Waikari Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with
as a public domain by the Waikari Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing 15 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less,
situated in Block XII, Waipara Survey District, being Lot 1
on D.P. No. 9182, part of Rural Sections 7540 and 7540Y, and
being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title,
Volume 419, folio 176 (Canterbury Registry).

of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril
Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for
recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule
hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation
of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the
said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Rotorua
Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain by the Rotorua Domain Board.

SECTION 3, Block XXIV, Town of Rotorua, situated in Block I,

under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril
Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve
for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in
the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under
the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of
Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part
of the Hillsborough Square Domain, and be managed, administered,
and dealt with as a public domain by the Hillsborough Square
Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Mount Roskill Road District, situated in
Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, containing by admeasurement
38·8 perches, more or less, being Lot 18, Recreation Reserve, on
D.P. 28714, being part Allotment 8, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland,
being portion of the land comprised and described in Certificate
of Title, Volume 648, folio 53 (Auckland Land Registry). As the
same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S.
1/695, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

more or less, being Reserve 4502 (formerly Lot 28, D.P. 12920),
and situated in the City of Christchurch. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/222,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
