The South-eastern Side of Portion of Vernon Street, in the Borough of Thames, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of December, 1946

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Thames Borough Council on the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :

"The Thames Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Thames, the Borough Commissioner, Thames, acting for and on behalf of the said Council, by resolution declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Vernon Street fronting that part of Pukerahui Block comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 563, folio 260 (Auckland Registry)";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Vernon Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Auckland Land District, Borough of Thames, known as Vernon Street, fronting that part of Pukerahui Block comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 563, folio 260, Auckland Land Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111034, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :

"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Cranston Street adjoining part Section 3, Block II, Anderson's Bay District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 280/48";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Cranston Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Cranston Street, fronting part Section 3, Block II, Anderson's Bay District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124523, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :

"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the south-eastern side of Burnell Avenue fronting Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 8844";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Burnell Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Burnell Avenue, fronting Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 8844, being parts Section 651, Town of Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124659, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :

"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of the portion of Woodhaugh Street adjoining Lot 24, D.P. 56, Township of Woodhaugh, being part Section 3, Block VIII, Upper Kaikorai Survey District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 41/260";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Woodhaugh Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

The south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Woodhaugh Street, fronting Lot 24, D.P. 56, Township of Woodhaugh. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124254, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
