A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the rights granted by Memorandum of Transfer Registered No. 290614 (Auckland Registry), for the undertaking of the Wairakei Hotel, being a public work constituted under section twenty-nine of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, by an Order in Council dated the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 13 perches. Being land below mean high-water mark, being part Okahutai Stream-bed.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for social security purposes (medical practitioner's residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 1 acre. Being Lot 2, D.P. 681 (Town of Harihari), being part Section 162. Situated in Block V, Poerua Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4371.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120020, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Railways purposes.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 114 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, being part of Section 8 of Block XIV, in the Rotorua Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 134, folio 76 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land containing 45 acres, more or less, being part of Section 8 of Block XIV, in the Rotorua Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 134, folio 77 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land containing 78 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being part of Section 8 of Block XIV, in the Rotorua Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 134, folio 78 (Auckland Registry).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8637, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
