Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road : Being A. R. P. 0 0 4-1 Part Section 13 ; coloured yellow. 0 0 6-5 Parts Lot 1, D.P. 7415, being part Section 13 ; 0 0 23-7 f coloured purple. 0 1 23 Part Section 197, Hutt District ; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :- Adjoining or passing through A. R. P. 0 2 12-5 0 0 23-2 0 2 8-8 0 1 10-6 Lot 1, D.P. 7415, being part Section 270, Hutt District, and part Section 13 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20267.) All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110020, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 1 rood 13 perches. Being part Section 113, Native Reserve, Motueka District.
Situated in Block VI, Kaiteriteri Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9415.) In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124374, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1946.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
