PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 634, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the several Price Orders specified in the Schedule hereto.

This Order shall come into force on the 13th day of December, 1946.

The Price Orders specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule to each Price Order the references in respect of marmalade (orange) and substituting the following references :

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 635, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 373† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 16th day of December, 1946.

The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :
(a) By omitting “6d.” from the third column of the First Schedule where it appears opposite the word “Groper”, and substituting “7d.”
(b) By omitting “7d.” from the third column of the Second Schedule where it appears opposite the word “Groper”, and substituting “8d.”
(c) By omitting “1s. 1d.” and 1s. 2d.” from the third column of Third Schedule where they appear opposite the word “Groper”, and substituting “1s. 3d.” and “1s. 4d.” respectively.
