At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of
December, 1946
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for quarry
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for municipal
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Vesting a Reserve in the One Tree Hill Borough Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of
December, 1946
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart as a recreation reserve: And whereas, in
the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the
said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough
of One Tree Hill:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by
section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of
the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall
become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the
Borough of One Tree Hill, in trust, for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of One Tree Hill, situated in Block I,
Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre
204 perches, more or less, being Lot 24 on D.P. 19321, and being
part Allotment 1, Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same
is more particularly delineated on plan L. and S. l/1149, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve for Plantation Purposes in the
Automobile Association (Canterbury) Incorporated

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of
December, 1946
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for plantation purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve
should be vested in the Automobile Association (Canterbury) Incorporated:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen
of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve in the Automobile
Association (Canterbury) Incorporated, subject to the condition
that no huts or camp buildings are to be erected thereon.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 3801, Block I, Lyndon Survey District : Area, 20 acres
1 rood 5 perches, more or less.

PURSUANT to subsection three of section twenty-nine of the
Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby declare the establishment of tourist and health resorts to be a public work for the purposes of the Public Works Act, 1928.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz.:β
"The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provision of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portion of public road intersecting part Section 13A, Square 5, and south-eastern side of public road fronting part Sections 13A and 14, Square 5, Block XV, Wangapeka Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Title 72/86";
