ERRATUM.—In the Proclamation under the heading “Declaring Portions of Railway Land at Paeroa to be Crown Land,” published in Gazette No. 84 on the 28th November, 1946, at page 1793, the line under the signature should read “For the Minister of Railways” instead of “For the Minister of Lands.”


CORRIGENDUM

A NOTICE appearing in New Zealand Gazette No. 30, dated 3rd May, 1945, page 457, under the heading “Distinguished Flying Cross, 3rd April, 1945,” is amended so far as it relates to the following officer :—

“Flying Officer James Herbert Moore, is amended to read :—

Air Force Cross

“3rd April, 1945

“Flying Officer James Herbert Moore.”

Proclaiming Native Land to be vested in His Majesty the King

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Native land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in His Majesty the King.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land situated in Block XII, Orahiri Survey District, and Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, containing 109 acres and 2 roods, more or less, called or known as 'Te Kuiti 2B 20B, being all that piece of land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 14th day of February, 1908.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 2 acres 2 roods 30·7 perches.

Being Lot 11, D.P. 4297, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 7D No. 3 Block.

Situated in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 21451.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124520, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
