IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for water-race,
plantation, and internal-communication purposes over the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the
said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for
disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods
39 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 3084, situated in Block
XV, Alford Survey District. As the same is more particularly

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twelfth day of
May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and
published in the Gazette of the twentieth day of that month, the
recreation reserves described in the Schedule hereto were brought
under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, as the Palm Beach Domain: And whereas by a further
Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the Gazette of the
third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, a
Domain Board was appointed to control the aforesaid Palm Beach
Domain:
And whereas it is expedient that the aforesaid Orders in Council
should be revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby
revoke the Orders in Council of the twelfth day of May and the
twenty-sixth day of May respectively, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-three aforesaid.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area on Waiheke Island in Blocks I and II, Waiheke Survey
District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods and
30·54 perches, more or less, being Lots 17, 179, 255, 313, 362, 374,
398, 425, and 446 on D.P. 16816, and being portion of Allotment 5,
Waiheke Parish, and portion of Whakarite and Mawhitipana Blocks.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 1/1108, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area on Waiheke Island, situated in Blocks I
and II, Waiheke Survey District, containing by admeasurement
9 acres and 2·1 perches, more or less, being Lots 293, 294, 295, 296,

appointing the Waiheke Domain Board, North Auckland Land
District

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the seventeenth day
of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five,
and published in the Gazette of the twentieth day of that month,
the recreation reserves in the First Schedule hereto were brought
under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, as
the Waiheke Domain: And whereas by a further Order in Council
dated the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-five, and published in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of that
month, a Domain Board was appointed to control the aforesaid
Waiheke Domain: And whereas by a further Order in Council
dated the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-six, and published in the Gazette of the sixteenth day of that
month, the land in the Second Schedule hereto was brought under
the provisions of Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, as an addition to the aforesaid Waiheke
Domain, to be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain by the aforesaid Waiheke Domain Board:
And whereas it is expedient that the aforesaid Orders in Council
should be revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby
revoke the Orders in Council of the seventeenth day of August
and the sixth day of October respectively, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-five aforesaid, and doth also hereby revoke
the Order in Council of the eighth day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six aforesaid.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 4·8 perches, more or less, and
1 rood 16·3 perches, more or less, both being lots on the Land
Transfer Plan 14189, marked “Recreation reserve”; as the same
are more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/817,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all those areas in the North Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 2 roods 37·4 perches, more or less,
and 3 roods 2·8 perches, more or less, being respectively Lots 48
and 139; and an area of 1 acre 2 roods, more or less, all being lots
marked “Recreation reserve” on Land Transfer Plan 15795; as
the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S.

taining by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 18·4 perches, more or less,
being Lot 85 on Land Transfer Plan 11377, marked “Recreation
reserve”; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan
marked L. and S. 1/817C, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 19 perches, more or less,
being Lot 13 on Land Transfer Plan 16354, marked “Recreation
reserve”; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan
marked L. and S. 1/817D, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
