NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are herein set forth:-

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under:-

CROWN LANDS NOTICES

NOTICE is hereby given that the license of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned property is open for sale under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Friday, 13th December, 1946.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 17th December, 1946, at 10.30 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant will be required to pay the purchase-price immediately at conclusion of ballot.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-FIRST-CLASS LAND
Raglan County.-Karioi Parish
ALLOTMENT N.W. 58 : Area, 37 acres 0 roods 28 perches. Capital value, £40.

The section has no formed access and is situated 20 chains from partly formed and metalled no-exit road off Raglan - Te Hutewai Road, six miles south of Raglan. The land is steep and broken, covered in tea-tree, gorse, and fern, with patches of mixed light bush. Approximately 10 acres are workable. Suitable for working in with other properties in the vicinity.

Settlement Land in Canterbury Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease

District Lands and Survey Office,
Christchurch, 19th November, 1946.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned property is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christ-church, up to 4 p.m. on Friday, 10th January, 1947

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, on Tuesday, 14th January, 1947, at 10.30 a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

Applicants are required to produce for inspection when examined documentary evidence of their financial position and farming experience.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, lease fee, and amount in reduction of weighting for improvements.

Weighted with £1,155 for improvements, comprising dwelling of four rooms, wool-shed and sheep-yards, shed, stable, and garage, three dams, plantation at homestead, 815 chains party boundary, road boundary, and internal fencing. This sum is payable in cash, or,
