A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of November, 1946.

Proclaiming Native Land to be vested in His Majesty the King

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Native land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in His Majesty the King.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres and 20 perches, more or less, being part Te Pae-o-Turawaru No. 2B Block, situated in Block XVI, Maungakawa Survey District, being all the land in Native Land Plan numbered 16466, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of November, 1946.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
