A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Land taken for Waterworks in Block X, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.

Being all the land on D.P. 26123, being portion of Allotment 154 of the Parish of Waipareira, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 672, folio 52 (Auckland Land Registry).
