IN the Order in Council consenting to the raising of a loan by the North Auckland Electric-power Board, published in Gazette No. 71 of the 10th October, 1946, at page 1576, the amount of the redemption for the 16th half-year should read “£1,695 6s. 3d.” and not “£1,693 6s. 3d.”

Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for Post and Telegraph Purposes in Block XIII, Town of Seddon

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Lucas Bros., Limited, under and by virtue of Special Tenure Lease, Volume 25, folio 258 (Marlborough Registry), granted under section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 6·8 perches.

Being part Section 5.

Situated in Block XIII, Town of Seddon (Marlborough R.D.) (S.O. 3856.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124110, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
