Revoking a Proclamation taking Additional Land at Greatford for the
Purposes of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the
Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 26 of the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-six, page 517, taking additional land at Greatford
for the purposes of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1946.

Crown Land set apart for a Main Highway Depot in Block XI,
Puhípuhi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for a main highway depot; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day
of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres
3 roods 4 perches.
Being part Section 20.

Situated in Block XI, Puhípuhi Survey District (Marlborough
R.D.). (S.O. 3823.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122987, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 5th day of October, 1946.

Crown Land set apart for Irrigation Purposes (Raceman’s Cottage)
in Block VII, Corwar Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for irrigation purposes (raceman’s cottage); and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres
3 roods 35 perches.
Being part Lot 10, D.P. 7375, Lyndhurst Settlement.

Situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.). (S.O. 7677.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123367, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1946.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required
for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
32 perches.
Being Lot 649, D.P. 18380, being part Allotment 19, District of
Tamaki.

Situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (City of
Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34101.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124200, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1946.
