Additional Land taken for a Native School in Block II, Opoiti Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 12 perches.

Being part Mangapoike 2A 2 Block.

Situated in Block II, Opoiti Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4341.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123471, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of September, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune reclamation; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 acres 3 roods 11 perches.

Being part Paneka Block.

Situated in Block XIII, Kaipara Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33757.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122947, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of September, 1946.
