Armstrong and Riesterer, Commercial Bank Buildings, Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1946, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

Precise time of marking out privilege applied for : 31st July, 1946, at 1 p.m.

Locality of the race, and of its starting and terminal points ; also description of land traversed—e.g., unalienated Crown land, private land, or otherwise : Commencing at the top of the Falls in Hayes Creek in Section 69, Block VII, Shotover Survey District, and running thence by means of the existing race in a southerly direction and for a distance of 10 chains, terminating in said Section 69, Block VII, Shotover.
Length and intended course of race : 10 chains southerly.
Points of intake : One.
Estimated time and cost of construction : Already constructed.
Mean depth and breadth : 3 ft. by 2 ft.
Number of heads to be diverted : Six heads.
Purpose for which water is to be used : Irrigation.
Proposed term of license : Twenty-one years.
