SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land containing thirty (30) acres one (1) rood and twenty-four (24) perches, being Section 5, Block V, on the public map of the Makuri Survey District, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 78, folio 234 (Wellington Registry).
Also all that parcel of land containing one hundred (100) acres, being Section 16, Block V, Makuri Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 100, folio 270 (Wellington Registry).
Also all that parcel of land containing thirty-eight (38) acres and two (2) roods, being Section 17, Block V, Makuri Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 127, folio 72 (Wellington Registry).

The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice declaring Land taken for the Settlement of a Discharged Serviceman
WHEREAS an application has been made for the consent of the Land Sales Court to a transaction which relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and to which Part III of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, applies :
And whereas the Land Sales Committee to which the application has been referred is of opinion that the land to which the application relates is farm land suitable or adaptable for the settlement of a discharged serviceman :
And whereas the said committee, not being satisfied that the Crown had decided not to acquire or arrange for the acquisition of the land, did on the 9th day of August, 1946, make an order determining the basic value of the land and no appeal from the said order was made within the time prescribed by the said Act or within any further time allowed by the Court :
And whereas the said land is not the land of any serviceman who is for the time being serving outside New Zealand in any of His Majesty’s Forces or in any British ship :
Now, therefore, the Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 51 of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the said land is taken for the settlement of a discharged serviceman, and hereby specifies the 10th day of October, 1946, as the date on which the said land shall be deemed to be vested in His Majesty the King.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Block I, Kopuru Survey District, containing by admeasurement twenty-three (23) acres three (3) roods thirty-one (31) perches, more or less, being Lot I on Deposited Plan 29534, being part of the Aoroa Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 743, folio 255 (Auckland Registry).
Also all those parcels of land situated in Block I, Kopuru Survey District, containing by admeasurement three hundred and ninety-nine (399) acres one (1) rood eleven (11) perches, more or less, being all of the land on Deposited Plan 21907, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Deposited Plan 30782, being part of the Aoroa Block, and being part of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 798, folio 138 (Auckland Registry).

The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of Intention to take Land
THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 30th day of October, 1946, as the date on which possession of the land is required, and the 14th day of October, 1946, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land containing one thousand and seventeen (1,017) acres and two (2) roods and thirty-four (34) perches, more or less, being Lots 7, 8, and 9 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 1996, and being Rural Sections 20652, 26732, 26556, 26780, and part Rural Sections 20649, 20919, 26548, and 26733, situated in Blocks III and IV, Spaxton Survey District, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 216, folio 94 (Canterbury Registry), together with a right-of-way created by Transfer 66679 over Lot 5A on the plan deposited as aforesaid as No. 1996.

The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of Intention to take Land
THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 20th day of February, 1947, as the date on which possession of the land is required, and the 21st day of October, 1946, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasurement one hundred and eighteen (118) acres two (2) roods, more or less, being all of the land on Deposited Plan 10802, being part of Section 19, Block V, Maketu Survey District, and being the whole of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 262, folio 21 (Auckland Registry).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 26th day of November, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 78 of the 2nd day of December of the same year, at page 2636, whereby the said land, inter alia, was declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936; and such land is hereby excluded from the Kaipara Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District, containing 48 acres 2 roods 21 perches, more or less, called or known as Kaihu 2B 3 (part), and situate in Block IX, Maungaru Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 12th day of June, 1940, and published in Gazette No. 60 of the 13th day of the same month, at page 1458, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Pirinoa Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block XV, Wairarapa Survey District, and known as the Awaawaroa 1 Section 3A Block, containing 46 acres 3 roods 14·5 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 30th July, 1908, and being the residue of land in certificate of title, Vol. 93, folio 185 (Wellington Registry).

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Te Araroa Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, containing 136 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, situate in Block XVI, Matakaoa Survey District, and called or known as Tihiomanono No. 3.
