Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Township of Raetihi,
Wellington Land District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
August, 1946
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for municipal
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and
doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—BOROUGH OF RAETIHI
All that area containing 1 rood, more or less, being Section 234,
Block IX, Township of Raetihi.

September, 1946
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for the purpose
of military defence over the land described in the Schedule hereto;
and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the
Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.

RESERVE 109 (Ripa Island), situated in Block I, Pigeon Bay Survey

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for telegraph-station
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and
doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the
Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on him by section twenty-five of the Naval Defence Act,
1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that
behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, with the advice of
the Executive Council, doth hereby amend and supplement the
regulations referred to in the Schedule hereto as shown therein.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of
September, 1946
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Waimea County Council on the fourteenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-six, viz.:
“The Waimea County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Ranzau Road
West, adjoining part Section 119, Waimea East, Block VI,
Waimea Survey District, C.T. 57/268 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side
of the portion of Ranzau Road West (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
The north-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the
Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Ranzau Road
West, fronting part Section 119, District of Waimea East. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
123919, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

sixty-eight of the Electoral Act, 1927, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth
hereby direct that the general roll in every electoral district
shall be closed on Friday, the thirteenth day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
