A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 0 roods 11·8 perches.
Being part Section 45; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 2·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 45 and Lot 2 of north part Section 30; coloured green.
All situated in Block IX, Maketu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32686.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122737, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of August, 1946.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 25 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 3295, part Rural Section 313, and Lots 15A to 22A (inclusive), D.P. 12867, part Rural Section 313.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of road improvement and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hauraki Plains as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
