NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
THE partnership heretofore existing between ALPHONSUS FREDERICK RUSH and JOHN AGNEW ALLAN, both of Rotorua, Cartage Contractors, and formerly carried on at Rotorua under the name or style of “Rush and Allan,” has been dissolved as from the 10th day of July, 1946.
The business formerly carried on by the partnership will, as from the date of dissolution, be carried on solely by the said JOHN AGNEW ALLAN, and all moneys owing to and accounts against the said partnership must be paid and/or rendered to the said JOHN AGNEW ALLAN at Devon Street, Rotorua.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, duly convened and held on the 30th day of July, 1946, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of the SUNSHINE BREWERY COMPANY, LIMITED, a company duly incorporated under the said Act.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 8th day of August, 1946, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company to ten thousand pounds (£10,000), and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 15th day of August, 1946. The said minute is in the words and figures following :—
“The capital of the Sunshine Brewery Company, Limited, henceforth is ten thousand pounds (£10,000), divided into fifty thousand (50,000) fully paid shares of 4s. each.”
