A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the disposal of refuse and rubbish and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

Revoking a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Foxton-Shannon Main Highway

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56 of the twenty-sixth day of the same month, at page 2575, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 1632, defining the middle-line of a road in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District.

Withdrawing Crown Land from a Mining District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight (c) of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, withdraw from the Hauraki Mining District all that area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Borough of Te Aroha, situated in Block IX, Aroha Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods and 0·36 perches, more or less, being Sections 89 and 90, Block LIII, Town of Te Aroha. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked N. 6/14, deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon in outline edged red.
