have been duly elected to be members of the Toko District Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1946, notice has been received that—

have been duly elected to be members of the Waihi Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

The Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942, Amendment No. 5
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:—

This notice may be cited as the Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942, Amendment No. 5, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

Clause 6 of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking the words "Rotorua Creamery, Rotorua," and the words "The area as indicated generally by the Zone No. 7 on the plan, and as more particularly described by the written description of the zone attached to the plan, with the addition of wholesale supplies to Malfroy Dairy in Fenton Street," and substituting the following:—
"Rotorua Pasteurized Milk Co., Ltd., Rotorua
That portion of the area indicated generally by the Zone No. 7 on the plan which lies to the north of a line running from the Ranolf Street Railway Crossing parallel to Pererika Street to the centre of Old Taupo Road, continuing down the centre of Old Taupo Road to a point 165 ft. to the north of Uta Street, and continuing parallel to Uta Street to the Utuhina Stream, and which is more particularly described by the written description attached to the plan, together with the addition of wholesale supplies to Malfroy Dairy in Fenton Street.
That portion of the area indicated generally by the Zone No. 7 on the plan which lies to the south of a line running from the Ranolf Street Railway Crossing parallel to Pererika Street to the centre of Old Taupo Road, continuing down the centre of Old Taupo Road to a point 165 ft. to the north of Uta Street, and continuing parallel to Uta Street to the Utuhina Stream, and which is more particularly described by the written description attached to the plan."

Appointment of Transport Licensing Authorities
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Transport Licensing Amendment Act, 1936, the Minister of Transport doth hereby severally appoint the persons whose names and addresses are set forth in the second column of the Schedule hereto to be the District Licensing Authorities for the Transport Districts, the names of which are set forth opposite their respective names in the first column of the said Schedule, for a term commencing on the 1st day of August, 1946, and expiring on the 31st day of August, 1946.

PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942,* I, Andrew John Costelloe, Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows:—
- This notice may be cited as the Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice 1946.
- Clothing coupons CL24/CL46 became available from the 1st day of June, 1946.
- Household linen coupons HL1/HL3 became available from the 1st day of June, 1946.
- Hosiery coupon X202 became available from the 10th day of June, 1946.

PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942,* I, Andrew John Costelloe, Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows:—
- This notice may be cited as the Foodstuffs Rationing Coupon Notice 1946, and shall be read in conjunction with and deemed part of the Foodstuffs Rationing Coupon Notice 1945.
- This notice shall come into force on the 5th day of August, 1946.
- One butter coupon shall be available for the supply of 1 lb. of dairy butter.
