Proclaiming Native Land to be vested in His Majesty the King

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Native land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in His Majesty the King.

SCHEDULE

FIRST, all that area of land situated in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, containing 6 acres and 34 perches, more or less, called or known as Te Kaha No. 48B, being all that piece of land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 6th day of March, 1946. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne, as N.L. 4133.

Secondly, all that area of land situated in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, containing 40 acres and 12 perches, more or less, called or known as Te Kaha No. 49B, being all that piece of land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 6th day of March, 1946. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne, as N.L. 4133.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of July, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Picton-Hurunui Railway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 7·6 perches.

Being part Section 46, Waitohi Valley.

Situated in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County. (S.O. 3849.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8394, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

Situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33685.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of July, 1946.

Land taken for the Purpose of a Transit Housing Centre in the Borough of Hastings

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a transit housing centre and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hastings as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 38·9 perches.

Being Lot 127 and part Lot 126, Block 9, D.P. 362, part Heretaunga Block.

Situated in the Borough of Hastings (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2210.)
