Revocation of Notice under the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939 (Declaration of Enemy Traders)
PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby revokes the notice dated the 5th day of September, 1945, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 29, being a supplement to the Gazette of 2nd May, 1946.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries, City of Christchurch

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be excluded from the County of Waimairi and included in the City of Christchurch.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration of boundaries which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.

AREA PROPOSED TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF WAIMAIRI AND INCLUDED IN THE CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH
ALL that area in the County of Waimairi, Canterbury Land District, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded by a line commencing at a point on the existing boundary of the City of Christchurch, such point being the intersection of the south-western side of Wairarapa Road with the northern side of Ilam Road; thence proceeding in a westerly direction along the northern side of Ilam Road to the north-eastern side of Wirksworth Street; thence generally in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern side of Wirksworth Street to the south-eastern side of Greer’s Road; thence in a north-easterly direction along the south-eastern side of Greer’s Road to the south-western side of Wairarapa Road; thence in a south-easterly direction along the south-western side of Wairarapa Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Canterbury District Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 11709; thence across Wairarapa Road, to and by the last-mentioned boundary in a north-easterly direction to the north-eastern boundary of said Lot 1; thence by that boundary in a south-easterly direction and by the north-eastern boundary of the land in certificates of title, Vol. 406, folio 51, Vol. 420, folio 4, Vol. 420, folio 6 (Canterbury Registry), and by the northernmost boundary of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 267, folio 98 (Canterbury Registry), to the north-western corner of Lot 1 on plan deposited as aforesaid as No. 12214; thence by the northern boundary of said Lot 1 to its north-eastern corner, being a point on the existing boundary of the City of Christchurch; thence generally in a southerly direction by that boundary to the point of commencement.
