HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the following relinquishments of temporary rank of officers of the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force:—

TEMPORARY RANK RELINQUISHED

Lieutenant-Colonel (temp. Colonel) M. C. Fairbrother, D.S.O., O.B.E., E.D., relinquishes the temporary rank of Colonel and assumes the acting rank of Colonel. Dated 1st February, 1946.

Captain (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) C. H. Williams relinquishes the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and assumes the acting rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 10th February, 1946.
