HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Green Island Borough Council. on the fifth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-six, in so far as it affects the side
and portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—

"That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green
Island, by resolution declares that section one hundred and
twenty-eight of the the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of Paterson Street fronting Allotments
34 and 35, Block D, D.P. 346, Township of Kingston";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side
of the portion of Paterson Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

The South-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Paterson
Street, fronting Lots 34 and 35, Block D, D.P. 346, Township of
Kingston. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 123421, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint

George Biggar,
Frederick Phillip Sander,
Samuel David Llewellyn,
Kenneth Robert Gunderson,
Ollie Arnold Blong,
George Andrew Scott,
Oswald Whitcombe,
Benjamin Allan Wood, and
John Arthur Le Feuvre

to be the Whenuanui Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday,
the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six,
at half past one o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Whenuanui
Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-WHENUANUI DOMAIN
ALL that area in Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement
133 acres and 25.1 perches, more or less, being part Sections 2 and
27 and Lot 1 on D.P. 31414, being another part Section 27,
Block XII, Tokatoka Survey District. As the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/744B, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
