Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 109

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declara-
tion of Essential Industry No. 109, as published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 114 of 23rd December, 1942.
Dated this 31st day of January, 1946.

NOTE.—This revocation affects all workers engaged on work
that comes within any of the classes of the work, except picture-
frame making, specified in the New Zealand Furniture-trade
Employees’ award, including the manufacture of pillow-cases and
mattress-cases, and including also sewing and other work connected
with upholstered furniture.


Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 110 and Amendment

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the
Declaration of Essential Industry No. 110, as published in the
New Zealand Gazette No. 74 of 6th August, 1942, together with the
amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5
of 4th February, 1943.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declara-
tion of Essential Industry No. 115, as published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 74 of 6th August, 1942.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the
Declaration of Essential Industry No. 123, as published in the
New Zealand Gazette No. 103 of 19th November, 1942, together
with the amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 28 of 21st April, 1943.

NOTE.—This revocation affects all workers employed on work
that comes within any of the classes of work specified in the Northern
Industrial District Electrical Workers’ award, the Taranaki Industrial
District Electrical Workers’ award, the Wellington Industrial District
Electrical Workers’ award, the Wellington Industrial District
Electrical Workers’ (on Ship Work) award, the Marlborough, Nelson,
Westland, and Canterbury Industrial Districts Electrical Workers’
award, the Otago Provincial District Electrical Workers’ award, and
the Southland Provincial District Electrical Workers’ award. The
revocation also applies to all electrical draughtsmen, technical
engineers, production engineers, and estimating and costing engineers
employed in undertakings in which any work is performed that
comes within any of the classes or work specified above.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the
Declaration of Essential Industry No. 127, as published in the
New Zealand Gazette No. 114 of 23rd December, 1942, together with
the amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 40 of 27th May, 1943.

Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 132, as published in the
New Zealand Gazette No. 10 of the 24th February, 1943.
The revocation affects the undertakings mentioned hereunder:—
The Commandery in New Zealand of the Order of St. John at
Wellington in respect of the ambulance transport services.
Wellington District Free Ambulance, at Wellington.
