Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 84 and Amendment

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 84, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 64 of 25th June, 1942, together with the amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of 16th September, 1943.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 85

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 85, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 109 of 9th December, 1943.

NOTE.—This revocation affects all those concerns coming within the scope of the New Zealand Tea-rooms and Restaurant Employees’ award which normally provide a three-course meal including a hot roast joint, or which are tea-rooms, cafeterias, or quick-lunch parlours, whose substantial business is the provision of a meal which includes sandwiches, pies, scones, and cakes.
