Plant declared a Noxious Weed in Bruce County. - (Notice No. Ag. 4303)

Wellington, 28th June, 1946.
THE following special order made by the Bruce County Council on the 17th day of June, 1946, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.
SPECIAL ORDER
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Bruce County Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of special order, that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being a plant mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Act, as extended from time to time by the Governor-General in Council) is a noxious weed within the County of Bruce.
