A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 19 acres 2 roods 8 perches.

Adjoining Sections 3, 10, and 12, and part Lot C, D.P. 1910, being part Sections 4 and 15.

Situated in Block XII, Glenkenich Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9288.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123232, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of June, 1946.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed for defence purposes.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 12 acres 3 roods 39 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotment 168 on D.P. 2456, Allotments Part 105, 107, Part 108, on D.P. 25615, Allotments 167, Part 166, 154, Part 115, 114, Part 119, Lot 2, D.P. 30356, being part Allotment 111, Lot 1, D.P. 30356, being part Allotments 111, 110, 109, and 108, Parish of Te Rapa.
