A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Work Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 5 acres 3 roods 37 perches.

Being Subdivisions 12 and 13 of Section 84, Block II, Ngaere Survey District, as shown on Deposited Plan No. 1874, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 50, folio 85 (Taranaki Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1946.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 35·9 perches.

Being Allotment 187, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland (in Proclamation No. 11762).

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33857.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123501, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Land and an Easement over Land taken for a Quarry in Block III, Mangamuka Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry; and I do also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for His Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way for the purpose of providing access to the said quarry, such right-of-way to be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

Being part Te Pukahu 2b Block; coloured yellow.
