Additional Land taken for a Milk Station in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a milk station and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of June, 1946.

Land taken for Public Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 7·4 perches.
Being Lot 4, Block I, D.P. 1447, being part Section 533, City of Wellington, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 144, folio 173 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1946.
