At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the Blenheim Borough Council is a body of persons
having power to lease lands held in trust, reserved, or set
apart for public purposes, and has requested the Administrator
of the Government in Council to declare it to be a leasing authority
within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, in compliance with such request, and in exercise
of the powers in this behalf conferred by the above-mentioned Act,
His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth
hereby order and declare that the Blenheim Borough Council is a
leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases
Act, 1908.

Land of the Crown notified available as Site for Commercial or
Industrial Purposes
MICHAEL MYERS,
Administrator of the Government
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the Land for
Settlements Act, 1925, and section forty of the Statutes
Amendment Act, 1945, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of
the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify
and declare that the undermentioned land is available for disposal
as a site for commercial or industrial purposes.
SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of Ellerslie, situated in Block I,
Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and
13 perches, more or less, being Sections 127, 128, 129, and 130,
Lawry Settlement. As the same is more particularly delineated on
plan L. and S. 20/73, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. 20955.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 16th day of May, 1946.

Revoking a Warrant setting apart Crown Land under Section 20 of
the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael
Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant dated the twelfth day
of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and
published in Gazette No. 24 of the fifteenth day of that month at
page 731, in so far as the said Warrant relates to the setting-apart
of the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under
section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 23, Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District: Area, 80 acres,
more or less.

Honorary Inspector of Scenic Reserves appointed

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four
of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, I, Sir Michael Myers,
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint
Gordon Patrick Worsley
to be an Honorary Inspector under the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, this 14th day of May, 1946.
