IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native
Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on
the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two,
and published in the Gazette on the seventh day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-two, at page 735, and affecting Hauturu East
B 2 Section 2A 1A and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the lands
described in the Schedule hereto.

IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the
Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on
the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the first day of Sep-
tember, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at page 1947,
and affecting Te Akau and other blocks, by excluding therefrom
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native
Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made on
the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-six, and published in the Gazette on the seventh day of March,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, at page 297, and affecting
Kinohaku East 1A 3A and other blocks.

Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line

May, 1946

His Excellency The Administrator of the Government
IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed
by the Feilding Borough Council on the eleventh day of April, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz.:-
"That the Feilding Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the Borough of
Feilding, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of that
portion of Beattie Street fronting Section 367, D.P. 19, Town-
ship of Feilding";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side
of the portion of Beattie Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street;
