Cancel, and substitute :—

Subject to the provisions of Article 130 of these regulations and Navy Order 221, the following shall be the daily rates of pay of Naval Ratings and Royal Marines of the Royal New Zealand Navy. The 1939 rates take effect on and from 1st June, 1939, and the 1940 rates on and from 1st January, 1940 :—
