NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, that a general meeting of shareholders of the above company will be held in the liquidator’s office, Invercargill Savings-bank Chambers, Don Street, Invercargill, on Tuesday, 23rd April, 1946, at 2 p.m., for the purposes of—

(a) Receiving the liquidator’s final statement of the winding-up of the company; and

(b) Directing the liquidator as to the disposal of the books, documents, and papers of the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd day of April, 1946, presented to the said Court by Otto Richard Buchanan, of Auckland, in New Zealand, Dentist, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 30th day of April, 1946, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Frank Grbich and Marko Sevelj, carrying on business as Fish-merchants at Kaikohe under the style or firm of “Grbich and Co.,” has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1946. The said Frank Grbich will continue to carry on the said business in his own name.
