A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken (subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to an unregistered lease to Edward Fitzgerald for a term of ten years from the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty) for a rifle range.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken subject to the leasehold interest: 154 acres l rood 36·2 perches.
Being part Kaiti 336A Block; coloured orange.
All situated in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4326.)
All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122359, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1946.

Land taken for Waterworks in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres 1 rood 23·3 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 8232, being part Section 76, Hutt District (City of Lower Hutt).
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21268.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1946.

Land taken for a Police-station in Block III, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement over part created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 222183, Auckland Land Registry, for defence purposes.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 43 acres 3 roods 36 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 26416, being part of Fairburn's Old Land Claim 269A.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33619.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122962, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1946.

Crown Land set apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Postmaster's Residence) in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: l rood 14·5 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 15552, being parts Allotments 4 and 6 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33795.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122968, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
