ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of March, 1946
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vest in Laurence Murray Fraser, Oliff Edward Johnston, and John Steven, of Karitane (as trustees for the fishermen of the district) (hereinafter called the trustees, which term shall include their successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), the management of the jetty and shed which are erected at Karitane, Waikouaiti River, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 2593 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining the said jetty and shed thereon as shown on the said plan, such vesting to be held and enjoyed by the trustees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, and doth hereby prescribe that the dues and rates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the trustees for the use of the said jetty and shed.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- THE vesting of the jetty and shed in the trustees is subject to the Foreshore License Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The annual sum payable by the trustees shall be one shilling (1s.), payable on demand.
- The term of the license shall be fourteen years from the 22nd day of February, 1946.
- The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said jetty shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.
SECOND SCHEDULE
DUES AND TOLLS
EVERY person who shall use the said jetty and shed shall pay to the trustees annually the sum of one pound (£1).

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of that month appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Tapu Flat Domain, and doth hereby appoint

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of that month appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Tokomairiro Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Milton Borough Council
to be the Tokomairiro Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Chambers, Union Street, Milton, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE
TOKOMAIRO DOMAIN.—OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those parcels of land containing together by admeasurement 57 acres 0 roods 4 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 103 and 104, Block XII, Tokomairiro Survey District, and bounded as follows:—
Firstly, bounded towards the south-east by the Main South Road, 563 links; towards the south-west by the Tokomairiro Farmers’ Club Reserve, 1032 links; again towards the south-east by the aforesaid Tokomairiro Farmers’ Club Reserve, 600 links; again towards the south-west by Sections 114, 116, 118, 119, 1960·2 links; again towards the north-west by the Main South Railway Reserve, 742·4 links and 744·8 links; and again towards the north-east by Section 105, 3330 links.
Secondly, bounded towards the north-west by Section 112, 1500 links; towards the north-east by railway land, 390 links; towards the south-east by the Main South Railway Reserve, 1740 links; and towards the south-west by Section 102, 1170 links.
Thirdly, bounded towards the south-east by the Main South Road, 1024·1 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 1027·6 links; towards the north-west by Section 119, 928·1 links; and towards the north-east by Section 104, 1032 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/47, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for public-utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in the Borough of Oamaru, containing by admeasurement 37·19 perches, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. 6043, being part Section 8, Block XCV, Town of Oamaru. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/3434c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
