Price Order No. 503 (Temporarily amending Price Order No. 475)
(Tomatoes)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939*, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 503, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 475† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 11th day of March, 1946, and expire on the 14th day of April, 1946.

APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER

This Order applies with respect to all tomatoes which, being subject to the principal Order, are sold by any wholesaler or retailer in the Auckland, Taranaki, or Hawke’s Bay Provincial Districts at any time after the commencement of this Order and on or before the 13th day of April, 1946.

TEMPORARY AMENDMENT OF PRINCIPAL ORDER WITH RESPECT TO TOMATOES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THIS ORDER

While this Order continues in force, the Schedule to the principal Order shall be deemed to be amended by omitting all references to tomatoes to which this Order applies, and substituting the following references:—
