NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of Keir and Thompson, Limited (in voluntary liquidation), held on the 28th day of December, 1945, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WILLIAM SMITH MACGIBBON, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator.

And further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following :-
“The capital of Aulsebrook and Company, Limited, henceforth is £200,000 divided into 200,000 shares of £1 each fully paid-up.”
