Crown Land set apart for the Development of Water Power (Hamilton Substation-site) in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Hamilton Substation-site); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post-office; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 0·1 perches.
Being Lot 1 on D.P. 31158, being part Allotment 14, Section 1, Parish of Takapuna.
Situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Borough of Takapuna) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33807.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122839, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1945.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 8 perches.
Being part Section 6, Square 139, Block I, Maruia Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 1c, folio 511 (Nelson Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1945.

Authorizing the Acquisition of Native Land notwithstanding the Provisions as to Limitation of Area

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 27th day of December, 1945.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section two hundred and forty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the alienation by way of transfer to and the acquisition by Konga Wharetuanui, of Chatham Islands, Farmer, of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of Part XII of the Native Land Act, 1931.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land situate in the Chatham Islands, being the Native Land Court subdivision known as Wharekauri No. 1N or Tioriori Block, comprising an area of 5,185 acres 1 rood, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 406, folio 154 (Wellington Registry).
