Regulation and Control of Traffic and Navigation of Picton Harbour

IT is hereby notified that—
William Alfred Aubrey Morris
has, in pursuance of the provisions of subsection (2) of section 196 of the Harbours Act, 1923, been appointed to regulate and control the traffic and navigation of Picton Harbour in such manner as he may deem necessary for the safety of life and property on days on which regattas or boatraces are held in the harbour.
