Appointment of Members of Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum
Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 19th December, 1945.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General in Council has been pleased to appoint the following persons to be members of the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum pursuant to section 2 (1) (f) of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum Amendment Act, 1936—
David Alexander Ewen, Esquire, M.B.E., and
Gordon Graham Gibbes Watson, Esquire, M.A., LL.B.,
as representing the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts for a term of three years from the 29th day of October, 1945.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of December, 1945
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section four of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Act, 1912, and of all other powers and authorities in that behalf enabling him, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the name of the society incorporated under the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, under the style and title of the “Broadwood Agricultural and Pastoral Association” to the “North Hokianga Agricultural and Pastoral Association.”

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section fifteen of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby make the following Order.
ORDER

This Order may be cited as the Education Districts (Southland and Otago) Adjustment Order 1945.

The boundaries of the Southland and Otago Education Districts (being contiguous education districts) are hereby altered as from the 1st day of January, 1946, by the exclusion from the said Southland Education District, and by the inclusion in the said Otago Education District, of the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that area in the Otago Land District, being part of Lake County, bounded on the north and east generally by portions of the northern and eastern boundaries of Lake County; on the south generally by portion of the boundary of Lake County and the southern boundaries of Cardrona and Knuckle Peak Survey Districts; on the south-west and west generally by the south-western boundaries of Knuckle Peak, Motatapu, and Matukituki Survey Districts.
