The Price Tribunal.—Public Notice

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Harbour Board has renewed its application to the Price Tribunal, in accordance with leave reserved at the previous hearing in July last, for permission to increase certain of its dues and charges. The application will be heard in the Conference Room of the Price Tribunal, Prudential Building, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Monday, 10th December next, commencing at 10 a.m., and the proceedings will be open to the public.

Closing of Stamp Duties and Land and Deeds Offices

NOTICE is hereby given that the offices of the Stamp Duties and Land and Deeds Departments throughout the Dominion will close on the afternoon of Monday, 24th December, and will not reopen for business until Thursday, 3rd January, 1946.

CROWN LANDS NOTICE

Lands in the Auckland Land District forfeited

Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, 4th December, 1945.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
