NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Hamilton Borough Council proposes to execute a certain public work—to wit, the extension of the Borough Depot—for which purposes the lands described in the Schedule hereto require to be taken by the Hamilton Borough Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, sections 22 and 23.

A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Hamilton Borough Council, Alma Street, Hamilton.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing to the Hamilton Borough Council within forty days of the date of the first publication of this notice.

(a) All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland containing 12·12 perches, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 27803, being part of Allotment 11a, Hamilton West Town Belt, shown on Survey Office plan No. 32850, and thereon coloured blue.
