Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Undertaking No. 47
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertaking No. 47, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23 of 5th March, 1942. This revocation affects the undertaking set forth hereunder in respect only of the manufacture of glycerine:—

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 60 and Amendments
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 60, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 36 of 9th April, 1942, together with the amendments thereto, as notified in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70 of 23rd July, 1942, New Zealand Gazette No. 28 of 21st April, 1943, New Zealand Gazette No. 34 of 13th May, 1943, New Zealand Gazette No. 103 of 25th November, 1943, New Zealand Gazette No. 109 of 9th December, 1943, New Zealand Gazette No. 29 of 5th April, 1944, and New Zealand Gazette No. 42 of 25th May, 1944.
This revocation affects the undertakings set forth hereunder in respect only of the production of metal chips, sand, and crushed rock, and of the maintenance of plant:—

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertaking No. 79, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 60 of 18th June, 1942. This revocation affects the undertaking set forth hereunder:—
