STATE FOREST SERVICE NOTICE

Land in the North Auckland Land District acquired for a State Forest

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, as a State forest.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL those areas in North Auckland Land District, Great Barrier Island County, containing approximately 13,719 acres, and described as follows:—

All that area containing 871 acres, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Fitzroy Survey District, and Block I, Tryphena Survey District, being Allotments 14A, 14B, 14C, 14D, 14E, and part of Allotment 14, Harataonga Parish, and being the lands comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 42, folio 228, and Vol. 194, folio 231.

Also all that area containing approximately 11,954 acres, situated in Blocks II, III, V, VI, VII, and IX, Fitzroy Survey District, and Block II, Tryphena Survey District, being Allotments 146, 152, 170, 208, 209, part Allotments 2, 4, 151, 181, and parts of Allotment 3, Aotea Parish, and part of Old Land Claim No. 401, and being the lands comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 47, folio 188, Vol. 52, folio 274, Vol. 418, folio 261, Vol. 585, folio 318, and Vol. 804, folio 174; and also Allotments 220 and 221, Aotea Parish. Also all that area containing 894 acres, more or less, situated in Block III, Fitzroy Survey District, and being Allotment 18, Harataonga Parish ; certificate of title, Vol. 80, folio 200.

As the same are delineated on plans No. 15/2 and 15/3, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
