NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME
KNOW all men by these presents (which are intended to be enrolled in the Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Napier) that I, the undersigned JEAN MARGARET BREEN, of Napier aforesaid, Chemist’s Assistant, and now or lately called JEAN MARGARET SINCLAIR, do hereby, on behalf of myself and issue lawfully begotten, absolutely renounce and abandon the use of my said name of JEAN MARGARET SINCLAIR and in lieu thereof assume and adopt the name of JEAN MARGARET BREEN, and for the purpose of evidencing such change of name I hereby declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all actions, suits, and proceedings, as well as in all dealings and transactions, matters, and things whatsoever, and upon all occasions use and subscribe the said name of JEAN MARGARET BREEN as my name in lieu of the said name of JEAN MARGARET SINCLAIR, abandoned as aforesaid; and I therefore hereby expressly authorize and require all persons whomsoever at all times to designate, describe, and address me and my issue by such adopted name of JEAN MARGARET BREEN.
In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my adopted and substituted name of Jean Margaret Breen this 1st day of October, 1945.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 of the above Act, meetings of members and of creditors of the above company will be held at the Farmers’ Union Meeting Room, Gordon Street, Dannevirke, on the 16th day of November, 1945, at the hours of 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving the liquidators’ account of the winding-up and any explanation thereof.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between JOSEPH McDONALD, THOMAS McDONALD, and JOHN McDONALD, carrying on business at Park Road, Miramar, as Ice-cream Manufacturers, under the firm name of “T. McDonald & Son,” has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1945. All accounts against the partnership should be rendered to 2A Park Road, Miramar.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME
I, ELSIE MARGARET HILL, of Ellerslie, Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Spinster, heretofore called and known by the name of ELSIE MARGARET WALLATH, hereby give notice that on the 1st day of October, 1945, I renounced and abandoned the use of my said surname of WALLATH and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of HILL; and, further, that such change of name is evidenced by a deed-poll bearing date the 1st day of October, 1945, duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 4th day of October, 1945.

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:—
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription 30s. per annum in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 25s. (Volumes for years 1940, 1941, and 1942 are out of print.)
(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in (1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis, 42s. per annum in advance.
(4) Separate regulations as issued.
(5) Loose-leaf binder for filing serial issues, 10s. 6d.; postage free.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
