(When tanks belonging to the same consignment are nested, each nested tank will be charged half the charge applicable to the outside tank. Where the size of a tank is such as to require the exclusive use of a four-wheeled wagon for its conveyance, the charge will be on actual weight (with a minimum charge as for 15 cwt.) at Class C, plus 50%.)
