Price Order No. 451 (Amending Price Order No. 254)
(Condensed Milk)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of
Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Com-
merce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 451, and shall
be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 254†
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order). - This Order shall come into force on the 18th day of October,
- The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:—
(a) By omitting from subclause (1) of clause 4 all words and
figures after the words “shall be”, and substituting the following
words and figures:—
“Sweetened Condensed Milk—
“(a) For ‘Highlander’ brand (14 oz. £ s. d.
tins) .. .. .. 1 16 8 per case.
“(b) For ‘Nestles’ brand (14 oz. tins) 1 16 8 per case.
“Unsweetened Condensed Milk—
“(a) For ‘Highlander’ brand (11 oz.

“(b) For ‘Ideal’ brand (11 oz. tins) 1 7 4 per case.”
(b) By omitting from subclause (1) of clause 5 all words and
figures after the word “Invercargill”, and substituting the following

Price Order No. 452 (Amending Price Order No. 442) (Second-hand
Sacks and Bags—other than Vegetable Sacks and Bags)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of
Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 452, and shall
be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 442†
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order). - This Order shall come into force on the 18th day of October,
- The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:—
(a) By omitting from the first column of the Schedule after
the words “Standard produce sacks” the figures “26”,
and substituting the figures “46”;
(b) By omitting from the second column of the Schedule before
the words “sugar-bags” the words “Twice-used”, and
substituting the word “Other”.
