The Public Traffic Regulations (Ports of Wellington and Lyttelton, and Otago Harbour) Revocation Notice 1945

PURSUANT to the Shipping Control Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Naval Board of New Zealand hereby gives notification as follows:—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Public Traffic Regulations (Ports of Wellington and Lyttelton, and Otago Harbour) Revocation Notice 1945.

  2. (1) Notwithstanding anything in the notification given under the Shipping Control Emergency Regulations 1939, dated the 4th day of December, 1939, and published in the Gazette of the 7th day of December, 1939, Vol. III, at page 3457, nothing in that notification shall hereafter apply with respect to the Port of Wellington, the Port of Lyttelton, or Otago Harbour.

(2) The notices referred to in the Schedule hereto are hereby accordingly revoked.
